Excel Generation hereinafter (“Excel Generation”) values the privacy of the users, subscribers, publishers, members, and others who visit and use the Excel Generation Platform (collectively or individually, “You” or “Users”). By using the Excel Generation Platform on www.Excel, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this notice.

Your use of the Excel Generation Platform and any personal information you provide through the Excel Generation Platform are subject at all time to this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use. Terms for “Excel Generation” and the “Excel Generation Platform” apply to any site or mobile application owned and operated by Ace Learning Company, Inc., including www.Excel

User-provided Information: You may provide to Excel Generation what is generally called “personally identifiable” information (such as full name, email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile telephone number) if you log in to the Excel Generation Platform, or otherwise use the features and functionality of the Excel Generation Platform.

Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Ace Learning Company and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or online customer support service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Log Files – As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. • Excel Generation uses the information that you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Excel Generation Platform as well as to track user-generated content and Users to the extent necessary to comply as a service provider with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
• We will use your email address, without further consent, for administrative communications such as notifying you of major Excel Generation Platform updates, for customer service purposes, to address copyright infringement or defamation issues, or to contact you regarding any content that you have posted to or downloaded from the Excel Generation Platform.
• Excel Generation uses all of the information that we collect to understand the usage trends and preferences of our Users, to improve the way the Excel Generation Platform works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.
• Excel Generation may use “Automatically Collected” information and “Cookies” information to: (a) automatically update the Excel Generation application on your system; (b) remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the Excel Generation Platform; (c) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages accessed; (d) provide such metrics to Users as they pertain to such User’s uploaded content; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities.

You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
Our Web site includes Social Media Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site.
